My stay at Oakwood Park Hotel was a mixed bag. Ruth at the desk was an absolute gem with her warm smile and stellar customer service, making my visit memorable. However, the room had a stale smell and definitely needs some repairs. Overall, I’d consider staying again for Ruth’s exceptional professionalism, but the room issues can't be ignored.
